Let’s face it! We want to maintain the best condition at any age-not over-filling and over-stretching, just natural. We want to age gracefully, beautifully, and gracefully. Fine lines and wrinkles will inevitably appear, and now there is a simple minimally invasive treatment that can solve these problems-Handro RF Microneedle.

Benefits of Handro RF Microneedles
Micro-needling (also known as collagen induction therapy) is a minimally invasive treatment that has been used for decades to rejuvenate the skin. A device with fine needles or pins creates tiny punctures in the top layer of the skin, which triggers the body to create new collagen and elastin. Results can include improved texture and firmness, as well as skin resurfacing. RF micro-needling adds the element of radiofrequency energy to the traditional micro-needling procedure. The RF energy is delivered via small needles into the dermis. In addition to the benefits seen with the micro-injury provided by the traditional microneedles, RF micro-needling also delivers RF energy deep into the dermis further enhancing skin tightening and scar reduction.
Microneedling and Radio Frequency is used to reduce and improve wrinkles, stretch marks, acne scars and generally improve the tone and texture on the skin. Results can include smoother, tighter, more radiant skin. Radio frequency has long been used and is a proven technology. Radio frequency helps stimulate the body’s own natural healing processes and stimulates collagen fibers.
Microneedling and Radio Frequency give you beautiful, smoother, healthier, younger looking skin.

What happens after Handro radiofrequency microneedling treatment
You’ll come out of your appointment with slightly reddened skin, almost like a sunburn. Depending on the sensitivity of your skin, you may also experience mild swelling or bruising, which should subside by themselves within the first two to three days after treatment.
For the week after your microneedling, you will need to be especially conscientious about using sunscreen, as well as a gentle cleanser and moisturizer. While your cellular turnover is occurring, your skin will likely feel tight, dry, and flaky as you shed old and damaged cells and begin to see your rejuvenated complexion. During this initial healing time, you’ll want to keep skin moist and hydrated.
Within several weeks after your first treatment, you will notice a smoother, more glowing appearance; however, your results will keep improving for months following your RF microneedling procedure, as your collagen production continues to ramp up.

Frequently asked questions about Handro RF Microneedles
Who Is a Good Candidate for RF Microneedling?
People with sun damage, scarring, sagging skin, uneven skin texture, discoloration, or anyone who wants to refresh their youthful appearance without surgery is well-qualified for this procedure.
RF microneedling has proven effective for patients of all ages, skin types, and skin tones. However, we advise against getting this treatment if you are pregnant, have used Accutane within the past six months, have open wounds or a skin infection, have undergone radiation treatment in the last year, or have a history of keloid scars.
What Is the Right Age for RF Microneedling?
There’s no such thing as a target age for this procedure. We often work with younger patients who seek the treatment as a preventive measure against signs of premature aging. However, older people can benefit from it as well. If you’re considering microneedling, your best bet is to come in and see us. After evaluating your skin and asking you questions about your concerns, we’ll help you determine if RF microneedling is a good solution for you.
Is There Any Downtime Needed After Treatment?
Since everyone heals differently, it’s difficult to predict how long you will experience the side effects of RF microneedling, such as swelling, bruising, and redness. However, most people can go back to work the next day. If you are coming in for your first treatment session, you might want to schedule it for a Friday, so you have the whole weekend to allow the effects to subside.
To ensure your skin heals properly, it’s essential to follow your post-procedure care instructions diligently, including keeping your skin moisturized to combat any dryness or flakiness.
How Many Treatment Sessions Will I Need?
You will likely see the most benefit by scheduling a series of three to four sessions, with maintenance treatments every few months to keep skin looking its best and brightest. The number of appointments you will need will vary depending on your cosmetic goals.
Will RF Microneedling Affect My Botox or Fillers?
To avoid affecting the injection sites and causing potentially harmful effects, we recommend waiting at least two weeks after getting Botox® and two months after dermal fillers to schedule a RF microneedling appointment.
Does RF Microneedling Hurt?
As with every non-surgical procedure we perform, we take every precaution to ensure your safety and comfort during RF microneedling. That includes providing a topical anesthetic beforehand. The recovery process is also very straightforward and involves minimal discomfort.
What are the advantages of radio frequency microneedle

Photodamaged and aging skin is characterized by the thinning of the epidermis and dermis and is associated with a decrease in collagen levels resulting in fine lines, wrinkles, tone and texture changes. Treatment of photoaged skin is based on inflicting damage to the dermis, resulting in neocollagenesis. Damage to the dermis results in the upregulation of the activity of various enzymes, such as metalloproteinases and collagenase that are responsible for the removal of old tissue and deposition of new dermal tissue1. Traditionally, laser-based technologies are used to resurface the skin. However, these treatments vary in their efficacy, adverse effects and downtime after treatment.
Radio frequency microneedle has emerged as a treatment option. Rather than impacting the entire surface, microneedling causes thermal damage to the dermis in microscopic zones. The intact surrounding tissue accelerates the wound healing process, reducing recovery time and resulting in minimal adverse effects.
Radio frequency microneedle
Radiofrequency microneedling is a minimally invasive technique that involves using a row of very thin sterile needles to create microscopic wounds at different predetermined depths in the dermis without affecting the epidermis. The transfer of energy leads to the formation of a series of microscopic wounds in the dermis, spreading among the intact tissues. Direct thermal heating of the dermis leads to the production of new collagen and subsequent thickening of the dermis. The presence of intact epidermis and surrounding dermal tissue leads to rapid epithelial regeneration, thereby minimizing downtime and risks. Studies have also shown that RF microneedling is effective in treating acne scars and wrinkles.
The pain associated with radiofrequency microneedles may be more severe than traditional microneedles, but can be well controlled using standard pain management techniques. Local anesthetics, such as lidocaine, used at least 30 minutes before treatment are usually sufficient to reduce discomfort during treatment.
Handro RF Microneedle Equipment is notably effective in the treatment of scars and wrinkles and is suitable for treating all skin types with minimal risk of hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation.
Microneedling with Radiofrequency addresses concerns such as:
Uneven Skin Tone/Texture
Fine Lines & Wrinkles
Large Pores
Facial Skin Laxity

Recovery Notes
Most patients experience minor redness after the procedure as well as skin dryness and shedding which are all expected. There is no downtime with microneedling with radiofrequency however if the procedure is being done in preparation for an event, it is advised to schedule treatment at least 1 week prior to ensure adequate time for redness to dissipate.
Side Effects
Microneedling with radiofrequency is generally well tolerated but erythema may be seen after treatment, lasting for 2-3 days. Skin may also feel warm, tight and itchy but this will normally resolve in 12-48 hours. Treated skin may be more prone to hyperpigmentation so strict adherence to photoprotection is advised for a week after.
What is the difference between microneedling and microneedling RF?
Microneedling is a procedure that uses very fine sterile needles that penetrate the skin causing micro-wounds that stimulate wound healing. As wound healing ensues, collagen and elastic are synthesized, leading to improved skin texture, tightness and softer appearing acne scars. Microneedling RF combines microneedling with radiofrequency heat energy to amplify collagen and elastin production. Microneedles are inserted into the skin and heat is delivered between the needles to achieve this. Both treatments require a series of treatments for best results and can be safely used on multiple skin types and tones.
